Our involvement is driven by a desire to create a place which makes it easy to live well; where we have thought about creating both homes and community. The plan for this community provides an ideal balance between creating private spaces for you to relax with family and friends – and enjoyable places to be with your neighbours.
We are building homes using environmentally sustainable design (ESD) principles to make these homes a pleasure to live in; orientated to make the most of the sun; well insulated and constructed; energy and water efficient. Features such as easy indoor-outdoor flow and flexible living spaces to cater for independent teens or elderly parents. We create homes that work for all the ages and life stages for you and your family.
